Many home health agencies,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/nchs\/fastats\/home-health-care.htm\">80 percent<\/a>\u00a0of which are for-profit, don\u2019t offer coverage, or their employees don\u2019t consistently clock enough hours to be eligible.
